His breakthrough came when he purchased a 20-year-old casual restaurant from a retiring 65-year-old Korean owner for next to nothing. Generating over $500,000 annually, this was his ticket to financial liberation.
With no prior restaurant experience, he took over and quickly boosted sales to $45,000 in the first month. Empowered by this success, he left his corporate job and began acquiring similar businesses, now managing ventures that earn over $1,000,000 in revenue.
